Vitamin bread

  • 50 g salad cucumber
  • half a carrot
  • half an apple
  • chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Salt, pepper, sugar
  • 2 slices rough brown bread
  • 20 g Rama Idea!
  • chopped roasted pine nuts (your child's favourite nuts will probably work best)
  • smooth parsley to garnish


1. Wash all the vegetables well. Finely slice the cucumbers. Grate the apple and carrot. Mix the parsley, lemon juice, salt, pepper and sugar to taste.
2. Spread Rama Idea! on the bread. Put the cucumber slices on a slice of bread. On top of that place the apple, carrot and parsley salad. Garnish with the nuts and cover with the second slice of bread. Cut bread diagonally.

It's delicious! You kids will love it!
