    onion, chopped

    cloves garlic, crushed

    butter

    packet cream of mushroom soup powder
  • 425
    ml
    water
  • 425
    ml
    milk
  • 50
    ml
    frozen shrimps
  • 105
    g
    smoked oysters or mussels
  • 185
    g
    tuna in brine, drained
  • 25
    ml
    sherry
  • grated lemon rind
 

Method

 
Sauté the onion and garlic in the heated butter until soft. Blend the soup powder with the water and milk and add. Add the shrimps and heat until the soup comes to the boil. Stir occasionally. Add the oysters or mussels, including the liquid, and the tuna, and heat until warmed through. Add the sherry and the lemon rind and mix. Serve with bread as a meal, or as a starter. Serves 3-4.
