Ingredients (11)

1.00 onion — chopped
2.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
30.00 ml butter
1.00 soup powder — cream of mushroom
425.00 ml water
425.00 ml milk
50.00 ml shrimps — frozen
105.00 g oysters — smoked or mussels
185.00 g tuna — tinned in brine, drained
25.00 ml sherry
lemon — zest only

Method:

Sauté the onion and garlic in the heated butter until soft. Blend the soup powder with the water and milk and add. Add the shrimps and heat until the soup comes to the boil. Stir occasionally. Add the oysters or mussels, including the liquid, and the tuna, and heat until warmed through. Add the sherry and the lemon rind and mix. Serve with bread as a meal, or as a starter.
Serves 3-4.
