    green chillies, chopped

    green ginger
  • 20
    ml
    garlic oil
  • 10

    thyme
  • 20
    ml
    turmeric
  • 500
    ml
    brown vinegar
  • 20
    ml
    sugar
  • 10
    ml
    salt
 

Method

 
1. Sauté onions in a large frying pan. Mix the remaining ingredients together and add to sautéed onions. Simmer for 10 minutes. 2. Pour hot sauce over seafood.
