    ripe red tomatoes, sliced into wedges

    cucumber, diced
  • 1
    medium onion, sliced
  • 2
    green peppers, sliced

    black olives, pitted
  • 50

    (approximately 1/2 a can) sardines, drained
  • 180

    feta cheese
  • 125
    ml
    olive oil
  • 30
    ml
    vinegar
  • 15
    ml
    chopped chives
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
 

Method

 
Arrange vegetables in a salad bowl.
Place olives, sardines and feta cheese chunks on top and pour over olive oil, vinegar, herbs and seasoning.
Serve with crispy rolls
