Ingredients (8)

250.00 g sausages — vienna
250.00 ml flour
0.00 salt — just a pinch
1.00 ml cayenne pepper — powder
1.00 eggs
180.00 ml milk
5.00 ml Baking powder
0.00 oil — for deep frying

Method:

Sift flour and salt together.
Beat egg and milk, then add to dry ingredients gradually, mixing until smooth.
Stir in baking powder.
Slice Viennas in half and dip halves into batter, leaving the cut ends uncovered.
Drop into hot oil and brown on both sides.
Drain on kitchen
paper and decorate with sesame seeds and chopped parsley.
Insert
toothpicks into Viennas as holders and serve with a chilli dip.
