  • 1
    loaf Madeira cake
  • 125
    ml
    strawberry jam
  • 1
    packet strawberry - sliced
  • 1
    tub PnP cream - whipped
  • dash
    PnP icing sugar - for dusting
 

Method

 
Halve cake lengthways.

Spread the bottom half with jam and top with a generous layer of strawberries.

Top with a layer of jam and cover with remaining cake.

Dust cake with icing sugar.

Slice and serve with remaining strawberries and cream.


Tip: You can use any seasonal fruit or berry as filling with fresh cream.
