    sweet chilli suace

    ready-made pizza bases
  • 250

    butternut chunks, roasted
  • 60

    sun-dried tomatoes

    mozzarella, grated

    pine nuts
  • 125
    ml
    feta, crumbled
 

Method

Oventemperature: 180 °C

Sauté the onion in the olive oil until translucent and golden in colour.
Spread the sweet chilli sauce on the pizza bases and top with the onion, roasted butternut, sun-dried tomatoes and mozzarella. Sprinkle with pine nuts and feta.
Bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes or until the pizza base is crisp and golden. Serve with a mixed green salad.
