Ingredients (5)

carrots — medium
2.00 potatoes — medium
150.00 ml green beans
50.00 g peanuts — ground
maize meal — cooked

Method:

Don’t peel the vegetables, simply wash, cut into pieces and boil until soft. Drain. Roast the ground peanuts in a pan then add to drained vegetables.
Serve hot or cold with soft mealie pap.
