Vegetables with groundnuts

Ingredients

  • medium carrots
  • 2
    medium potatoes
  • 150
    ml
    fresh green beans
  • 50
    g
    ground peanuts
  • soft mealie pap, to serve
 

Method

20 min
 
Don't peel the vegetables, simply wash, cut into pieces and boil until soft. Drain. Roast the ground peanuts in a pan then add to drained vegetables. Serve hot or cold with soft mealie pap.
