500.00 g vegetables
1.00 instant sauce — cheese
water — boiled
125.00 ml breadcrumbs — white
100.00 ml cheddar cheese — grated

Method:

Slice the vegetables and layer them in a greased ovenproof dish.
Empty the instant cheese sauce mix into a measuring jug and fill up to the 250 ml mark with boiling water. Whisk for one minute until smooth.
Pour over the vegetables and top with a mixture of the breadcrumbs and cheese.
Bake in preheated 180 °C oven for 40 minutes.
Serve as an accompaniment with the main meal or as a vegetarian alternative.
