Vegetable rice

    clove garlic, crushed
  • 10
    ml
    fresh ginger, grated
  • 2
    leeks, rinsed and sliced into rings
  • 250
    g
    celery and/or spinach, finely shredded
  • 750
    ml
    cooked white rice (plain or jasmine flavour)
 

Method

 
Sauté the garlic, ginger and leeks in a little oil until tender. Add the celery and/or spinach and stir-fry for about another 1 minute. Add the rice and stir-fry until heated through. Serve with the Sweet 'n sour ribs (see recipe).
