Ingredients (9)

500 g pasta — cooked
1 onion — peeled and cubed
250 g mushrooms — cleaned and sliced
250 g gammon — cooked or fried bacon
250 ml cheddar cheese — grated
250 ml cream
250 g rosa tomatoes — halved
250 g mangetout
salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method:

Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium heat and fry the onion
until soft and fragrant.

Add the mushrooms and optional bacon or gammon and fry over medium heat
until browned.

Add the cream and cheese and heat until the cheese has melted.

Add the tomatoes, mange tout and pasta. Season with salt and pepper and
heat through. Serve hot.
