Vegetable kebabs

    mealies
  • 250
    g
    large baby marrow or patty pans
  • 2
    red peppers
  • 2
    green peppers
  • 30
    ml
    olive oil
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
 

Method

 
1. Cut mealies and baby marrows into 5 cm slices. Cut peppers into chunky squares. 2. Thread vegetables alternately onto skewer. Brush with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. 3. Grill on barbecue until lightly browned.
