Ingredients (8)

feta cheese — with black pepper
fresh chillies — 573
250.00 g mushrooms
fresh sage
250.00 ml cream — fresh
salt and freshly ground black pepper
5.00 veal — schnitzel
4.00 garlic — cloves, crushed

Method:

1. Sauté mushrooms in olive oil, reduce heat and add garlic, sage leaves and cream; allow to reduce for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Just before serving, add crumbled feta and seasoning to taste. Serve over veal fried in olive oil, with risotto, beans and garlic.
