Upside-down cottage pie

    sachet readymade bolognaise sauce
  • 250
    grated mozzarella cheese


1. Place the potatoes in a heavy-based saucepan and cover with salted water. Bring to the boil and cook for 20 to 25 minutes until cooked. 2. Drain potatoes and slice in rounds about 3 mm in thickness. Place in baking dish slightly overlapping each other. Make 2-3 layers. 3. Place the bolognaise on top of potato layers and smooth over until covered. 4. Sprinkle the mozzarella on top and bake in a hot oven, 200ºC for about 15 minutes until nicely browned. Serve with salad of your choice.
