    Marie biscuits, crushed
  • 500
    g
    icing sugar, sifted
  • 500
    g
    margarine, melted
  • 380
    g
    Nestlé Caramel Treat, beaten until smooth
  • 10
    ml
    vanilla essence
 

Method

 
Spray a 27 x 39 cm baking tray with non-stick spray. Combine the Marie biscuits and sifted icing sugar in a large mixing bowl. Beat the margarine, caramel condensed milk and vanilla essence together until well blended. Add small quantities to the dry ingredients at a time, mixing well after each addition. Press the mixture into the prepared baking tray and place in the fridge to harden. (Chill overnight for the best results.)
