1.00 marmalade — onion
80.00 crottin cheese

Method:

Sny die blaardeeg in ‘n sirkel. Ek gebruik ‘n bord om ‘n netjiese sirkel te sny. Verf die deeg met die geklitste eier. Sny lang repe (sowat 2 cm breed) uit die orige deeg en maak ‘n rand. Dan lyk dit soos ‘n mandjie. Skep die uie-marmelade in die deeg en versprei egalig. Sny die kaas in skywe en plaas
bo-op. Bak die tert teen 200°C in die oond vir 30 ? 40 minute. Maak seker die deeg is gaar aan die onderkant. Laat afkoel en sit voor met vars roket.
