    English cucumber
  • 250
    ml
    thick natural yoghurt
  • 4
    fat cloves garlic
  • 2
    ml
    salt
  • milled black pepper to taste
  • 8
    mint leaves
 

Method

 
Stir English cucumber, finely chopped, into yoghurt. Stir in garlic, crushed, salt, milled black pepper to taste and mint leaves, chopped. Spoon into little bowls, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until needed.
