Ingredients (9)

4-5 chicken — pieces
1 onion — roughly chopped
1 sweet potatoes — large, sliced
250 g baby tomatoes
2 cloves garlic — cloves, crushed
fresh chillies — 573
vinegar — balsamic
salt and freshly ground black pepper
fresh basil

Method:

Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
Place all the chicken and veg in a roasting dish and toss with olive oil, balsamic, Salt and Pepper.
Top with some fresh basil.
It’s a meal on it’s own!
