Quick Turkish Delight Brûlée

    ml
    Greek yoghurt
  • 200
    ml
    ready-made custard
  • 60
    ml
    castor sugar, plus extra for dusting
  • 10
    ml
    vanilla essence
  • 75
    g
    Turkish delight, diced, plus extra to garnish
 

Method

1. Stir the yoghurt, custard, sugar and vanilla essence together.

2. Divide the Turkish delight among four 150ml ramekins and spoon the custard mixture on top. Sprinkle each one with extra Turkish delight, and dust generously with more castor sugar. Grill for three to four minutes, until golden and bubbling. Remove from the heat and allow to cool for at least 15 minutes before serving.
