Turkey stir-fry

    soy sauce
  • 80
    ml
    rice vinegar
  • 30
    ml
    sugar
  • 10
    drops fish sauce
  • 30
    ml
    sweet chilli sauce
  • STIR-FRY
  • oil
  • 1
    onion, chopped
  • 3
    garlic cloves, crushed
  • 250
    g
    button mushrooms, sliced
  • 500
    g
    boned turkey meat, cut into strips
  • 125
    g
    green beans, sliced
  • 1
    bunch spring onions, chopped
  • 250
    ml
    bean sprouts
  • fresh coriander
 

Method

 
To make the sauce, blend all the ingredients and set aside.
To make the stir-fry, heat a little oil in a pan or wok and stir-fry the onion, garlic and mushrooms until done.
Add the turkey strips and stir-fry for two to three minutes or until just done.
Add the sauce and heat for two minutes.
Remove from the heat and add the remaining spring onions and bean sprouts.
Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with noodles.
