Ingredients

  • 175
    ml
    pan juices from cooked turkey
  • 40
    ml
    flour
  • 1
    Litres
    giblet stock
  • 150
    ml
    orange juice
 

Method

Heat the pan juices. Add the flour and stir well. Cook for 2 minutes until golden. Add the stock and orange juice and bring to the boil, stirring until thickened. Season to taste. Makes: 1,3 litres Preparation time: 5 minutes Cooking time: 5 minutes
