Turkey and Brie pasta

Ingredients

    olive oil
  • 500

    turkey breasts or leftover turkey meat
  • 2
    cloves
    garlic cloves, crushed
  • 125
    g
    Brie cheese, chopped
  • 125
    ml
    cream
  • 3
    chives, chopped
  • 5
    ml
    salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 500
    g
    tagliatelle, cooked al dente
 

Method

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the turkey until golden brown. Add all the remaining ingredients except the pasta and simmer until the cheese has melted slightly. Serve with hot pasta.
