Ingredients (8)

30 ml fresh chillies — 573
500 g turkey — breast
2 cloves garlic — cloves, crushed
125 g brie cheese — chopped
125 ml cream
3 fresh chives — chopped
5 ml salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste
500 g pasta — tagliatelle, cooked al dente

Method:

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the turkey until golden brown.
Add all the remaining ingredients except the pasta and simmer
until the cheese has melted slightly. Serve with hot pasta.
