    hard-boiled eggs, finely chopped

    tuna in brine, drained and flaked

    finely chopped onion
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method

 
Preheat the oven to 180 ºC (350ºF). Grease a baking sheet. Sift the dry ingredients together and mix in the cheese. Whisk the oil and milk together and add to the flour mixture. Mix with a knife until just blended and roll out on a lightly floured surface until about 7 mm thick. Mix all the filling ingredients together and spread over the dough. Roll up lengthwise, shape into a half-moon and place on the greased baking sheet. Cut into slices, but not all the way through. Bake for about 20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and done. Serve with a salad. Serves 4.
