Tuna salad pie

    savoury biscuits, crushed
  • 125
    g
    butter, melted
  • 250
    g
    cream cheese
  • 200
    g
    tuna in water, drained
  • 400
    g
    asparagus cuts, drained
  • 2
    hard-;boiled eggs, mashed
 

Method

 
Mix the crushed biscuits and butter together and press into a greased 22 cm pie dish. Refrigerate until firm. Spread half of the cream cheese over the biscuit base. Top with the tuna, asparagus, eggs and remaining cream cheese. Sprinkle with paprika and refrigerate for 2-3 hours before serving. Makes 1 x 22 cm pie.
