Ingredients (13)

5 rice — basmati, cooked
500 g tuna — tinned, drained
1 cup peas — cooked
1 cup sweet corn — cooked
1/2 cucumber — chopped
3 feta cheese — chopped
fresh Italian parsley — handful, chopped
DRESSING:
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup yoghurt — fat free
lemon — juice only
1 tsp paprika
salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste
dried chilli

Method:

Combine all the salad ingredients and mix well.
Combine the dressing ingredients, mix and pour over the salad.
Mix well and serve.
