Ingredients (11)

200.00 g tuna — tinned, flaked
125.00 ml apples — cubed
80.00 g cheddar cheese — cubed
1.00 celery stalks — chopped
15.00 ml onion — chopped
10.00 ml fresh mixed herbs — chopped
50.00 ml mayonnaise
salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste
4.00 potatoes — large, boiled with skins on
nutmeg — ground
butter

Method:

Combine all the ingredients, except the potatoes, nutmeg and butter. Cut a cross in each potato, taking care not to cut it right through. Season to taste with nutmeg, add a little butter and spoon some of the filling on top of each potato. Serves 4.
