Tuna potatoes

    tuna, flaked
  • 125
    ml
    apple, cubed
  • 80
    g
    Cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 1
    stalk celery, chopped
  • 15
    ml
    chopped onion
  • 10
    ml
    freshly chopped herbs
  • 50
    ml
    mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4
    large potatoes, boiled in their jackets
  • nutmeg
  • butter
 

Method

 
Combine all the ingredients, except the potatoes, nutmeg and butter. Cut a cross in each potato, taking care not to cut it right through. Season to taste with nutmeg, add a little butter and spoon some of the filling on top of each potato. Serves 4.
