    Cheddar cheese

    tuna in brine, drained
  • 430

    asparagus tips, drained

    ml
    mustard powder
  • 3
    extra-large eggs, beaten
  • 30
    g
    potato crisps (cheese and onion flavour) or breadcrumbs
 

Method

 
Preheat the oven to 180 ºC and butter a 23 x 30 cm oven dish or spray with non-stick spray. Make a cheese sauce using the first four ingredients. Leave to cool slightly. Mix gently with the remaining ingredients and spoon into the prepared oven dish. Bake for about 30-40 minutes or until golden brown and done. Serves 6.
