Ingredients (6)

200.00 g tuna — tinned and drained
1.00 celery stalks — finely sliced
2.00 spring onions — finely sliced
65.00 ml mayonnaise
8.00 pumpernickel bread — or rye bread, sliced, toasted
4.00 cheddar cheese — slices

Method:

1. Mix tuna, celery, spring onions and mayonnaise in a small bowl.
2. Toast bread on one side only under griller.
3. Spread tuna mixture on each untoasted side of bread. Top each half with one slice of cheese. Place under hot grill until the cheese has melted.
