Tuna filling for baked potatoes

  • 1
    sweet pepper, chopped
  • oil
  • ready made tomato salsa
  • tuna, flaked
  • seasoning to taste
  • baked potatoes
  • grated cheese (optional)
 

Method

 
Sauté half a chopped sweet pepper in oil until just tender. Mix with ready-made tomato salsa, flaked tuna and seasoning to taste and use as a hot filling for baked potatoes. If preferred, top with grated cheese and grill until melted.
