Tuna, avocado and blue cheese salad

    packet mixed salad leaves

    cans tuna chunks, drained
  • 100

    blue cheese, crumbled
  • 125
    ml
    croûtons
  • 1
    ripe avocado, sliced
  • 8
    baby corns, halved
  • 3
    carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 12
    baby tomatoes, halved
  • 1
    onion, sliced
  • DRESSING
  • 15
    ml
    French mustard
  • 50
    ml
    vinegar
  • 120
    ml
    sunflower oil
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
 

Method

 
Toss all the salad ingredients together in large bowl. DRESSING: Whisk the mustard and vinegar together in a small bowl. Add the oil gradually, whisking continuously until well combined. Season to taste, then drizzle over the salad or serve on the side. Serves: 4 Preparation time: 15 minutes
