Ingredients (13)

1.00 lettuce — mixed salad leaves
2.00 tuna — tinned (chunks), drained
100.00 g blue cheese — crumbled
125.00 ml croutons
1.00 avocado — sliced
8.00 baby corn — halved
3.00 carrots — peeled and sliced
12.00 baby tomatoes — halved
1.00 onion — sliced
DRESSING
15.00 ml french mustard
50.00 ml vinegar
120.00 ml sunflower oil
salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste

Method:

Toss all the salad ingredients together in large bowl. DRESSING: Whisk the mustard and vinegar together in a small bowl. Add the oil gradually, whisking continuously until well combined. Season to taste, then drizzle over the salad or serve on the side.
