Tuna and vegetable filling

    cans tuna in brine, drained
  • 1
    apple, peeled and chopped
  • 2
    tomatoes, chopped
  • 1
    onion, chopped
  • 1
    green pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1
    potato, boiled and cubed
  • SAUCE
  • 125
    ml
    mayonnaise
  • 125
    ml
    fresh cream
  • 25
    ml
    lemon juice
  • 2
    ml
    paprika
  • salt
  • pepper
 

Method

 
Flake the tuna in a mixing bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Mix. SAUCE: Mix all the ingredients, season to taste with salt and pepper and add to the fish mixture. Mix well and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Use as needed.
