Tuna and potato salad

Ingredients

    lettuce, washed and broken into leaves
  • 3
    medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1
    hard-boiled egg, quartered
  • 1
    onion, sliced
  • 200
    g
    tuna in brine, drained
  • 12
    baby potatoes, boiled and halved
  • DRESSING
  • 15
    ml
    mustard
  • 20
    ml
    white wine vinegar
  • 55
    ml
    oil
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
 

Method

 
Toss all salad ingredients together and refrigerate until ready to serve.
DRESSING:
Mix the mustard and vinegar together. Add the oil gradually and mix until well blended. Season to taste and serve with the salad.
