Ingredients (9)

500.00 ml pasta — shells
2.00 onion — finely chopped
187.00 g tuna — tinned and drained
410.00 g soup — cream of tomato
125.00 ml water
SAUCE
250.00 g cottage cheese — smooth
250.00 ml cheddar cheese — grated
250.00 ml cream
cayenne pepper — powder

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF). Spray an ovenproof dish with non-stick spray.
Cook the pasta in enough rapidly boiling, salted water until tender. Drain and spoon into the oven dish.
Sauté the onion in a little oil until tender. Add the tuna, cream of tomato soup and water. Mix well and spoon over the pasta, mixing lightly.
Mix all the ingredients for the sauce and pour over the pasta mixture. Bake for 25 minutes or until warmed through.
Serve with a mixed salad.
Serves 6.
