Tropical rooibos punch

Ingredients

  • 200
    ml
    strong rooibos tea
  • 150
    ml
    orange juice
  • 150
    ml
    guava juice
  • 30
    ml
    lemon juice
  • 1
    granadilla, the pulp
  • 300
    ml
    ginger ale
  • ice cubes and mint leaves
 

Method

 
In a large jug, combine all the ingredients except the ginger ale, ice cubes and mint.
Chill until just before serving.
To serve, add the ginger ale and ice cubes and garnish with mint.
