Ingredients (9)

1.00 pineapple — sliced
2.00 mangoes — ripe, peeled and sliced into wedges
2.00 papaya — wedges
1.00 lime — or lemon, wedges
90.00 ml white rum — light
115.00 g granadillas — pulp
125.00 g cottage cheese — smooth, fat free
125.00 ml yoghurt — fat free
15.00 ml honey

Method:

Arrange the fruit slices and wedges in a single layer in a large dish.
Sprinkle with the rum and chill for at least 2 hours.
Mix the granadilla pulp, cottage cheese, yoghurt and honey (if using) and spoon into a separate dish.
Chill until needed. Serve with the fruit.
