    extra-large eggs, beaten
  • 440

    crushed pineapple
  • 115
    g
    granadilla pulp
  • 100
    g
    sugar
  • 90
    g
    butter, cut into cubes
  • 3
    ml
    lemon rind
 

Method

 
Blend all the ingredients together in a glass bowl. Place the bowl over a saucepan of boiling water, ensuring that the water does not touch the bowl. Heat the mixture for 15 to 20 minutes or until it thickens. Stir continuously. (Test whether the mixture is thick enough by spooning a little onto a plate and allowing it to cool. If it doesn't drip off the spoon it is ready.) Spoon into clean, sterilised jars. Makes about 500 ml.
