42.00 whole wheat crackers
50.00 g butter — softened
175.00 g brie cheese
2.00 kiwi fruit
3.00 parma ham — slices
6.00 black olives
6.00 salami — slices
1.00 onion — small
125.00 sour cream
100.00 g herring — marinated fillets
paprika — for dusting
50.00 g olives — black or green, finely chopped
2.00 eggs — hard-boiled
mackerel — peppered
4.00 radishes — thinly sliced
cottage cheese
grapes
shrimps
fresh chives — chopped

Method:

1. Spread 6 biscuits with butter, add slices of Brie and top with kiwi fruit.
2. Spread another 6 biscuits with butter and arrange crinkled slivers of Parma ham with stoned black olives on top.
3. Continue spreading biscuits, 6 at a time, and top with
* folded salami slices and thin onion rings
* soured cream and slivers of pickled herrings, dusted with paprika
* a spreading of olive paste and slices of hard-boiled egg
* peppered mackerel and radish slices
* cottage cheese and grape halves or kiwi slices
* shrimps and chopped chives
4. Arrange attractively on a platter or on several smaller trays, well spread out and serve to enliven the cocktail hour.
