5.00 ml french mustard
25.00 ml vinegar — apple cider
1.00 garlic — small cloves, crushed
30.00 ml sunflower oil
3.00 tomatoes — sliced into wedges
0.00 cucumber — cubed
0.00 lettuce — iceberg
eggs — hard-boiled, quartered

Method:

1. Place mustard into the salad bowl. Whisk in vinegar and add garlic. Add oil and whisk until well combined.
2. Add remaining ingredients and toss well to coat. Serve as soon as possible.
