Ingredients

    ml
    prepared French mustard
  • 25
    ml
    apple cider vinegar
  • 1
    small clove garlic, crushed
  • 30
    ml
    sunflower oil
  • 3
    tomatoes, sliced into wedges
  • cucumber, cubed
  • iceberg lettuce, broken into pieces
  • hard-boiled eggs, quartered
 

Method

 
1. Place mustard into the salad bowl. Whisk in vinegar and add garlic. Add oil and whisk until well combined. 2. Add remaining ingredients and toss well to coat. Serve as soon as possible.
