    g
    cherry tomatoes
  • 2
    extra-large eggs
  • 15
    ml
    cake flour
  • 30
    ml
    milk
  • 60
    ml
    sour cream
  • 30
    ml
    chopped chives
  • 75
    ml
    finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
 

Method

 
Preheat the oven to 190 °C and butter a 20 cm ovenproof dish, spreading evenly.
Place the tomatoes in the dish, spreading evenly.
Beat the eggs, flour, milk and sour cream together to form a smooth batter.
Add half the chives and Parmesan cheese.
Pour the batter over the tomatoes and season well with salt and black pepper.
Bake for 30 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
Sprinkle with the remaining chives and Parmesan cheese and serve immediately with a green salad on the side.
