Ingredients (9)

1 kg peas — frozen, cooked and cooled
500 g baby tomatoes — sliced
150 g provolone cheese — feta or cheddar cheese, finely diced
6 spring onions — sliced
90 ml fresh chillies — 573
lemon — zest and juice
5 - 10 ml garlic — cloves, crushed
salt and freshly ground black pepper
250 g rocket — or watercress, shredded

Mix all
ingredients together lightly and serve immediately.
