    basic hake pâté (see recipe)
  • 30
    ml
    tomato paste
  • 15
    ml
    grated onion
  • 5
    ml
    anchovy paste to taste
  • Tabasco sauce to taste
  • baked pastry cases
 

Method

 
1. Flavour basic pâté with rest of ingredients. Adjust seasoning. 2. Serve in baked pastry cases and garnish with a slice of radish.
