Tomato and ham pizza

    self-raising flour

    margarine

    ml
    milk
  • 250
    ml
    tomato paste
  • 5
    ml
    dried mixed herbs
  • 250
    ml
    chopped ham
  • 410
    g
    tomato and onion mix
  • 500
    ml
    grated Cheddar cheese
 

Method

 
Preheat oven to 200 ºC. Grease a pizza pan or a Swiss roll baking sheet. Sift flour and rub in margarine until mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs. Mix in just enough milk to form a soft dough. Roll out to fit the pizza pan or baking sheet. Spread dough with tomato paste and sprinkle with herbs and ham. Spoon tomato and onion mix over ham. Sprinkle cheese over and bake in preheated oven until base is crisp and cheese is melted.
