    ml
    gin
  • 15
    ml
    PnP lemon juice
  • 2
    tsp
    PnP castor sugar
  • 1
    cup
    PnP soda water
  • 1
    cup
    ice cubes
  • packet maraschino cherry, cigar wafers and mint and lemon slices - to garnish
 

Method

Place the gin, lemon juice and castor sugar in a cocktail shaker and shake until sugar has dissolved.

Fill two glasses with ice, add gin mix and top up with soda.

Garnish with cherries and a slice of lemon.
