Toffee bananas

  • 3
    bananas
  • 500
    ml
    plain yoghurt or stiffly whipped cream
  • 200
    ml
    brown sugar
  • 5
    ml
    Nescafé coffee powder
 

Method

 
Dip the unpeeled bananas in boiling water to prevent discoloration. Peel and slice the bananas. Mix in the yoghurt. Divide the mixture between four glasses. Mix the sugar and coffee powder and sprinkle over the banana mixture. Chill for about 3 hours or until the sugar and coffee powder forms a sauce. Serves 4.
