Toasted panettone with ricotta and strawberries

    strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 65
    ml
    orange juice
  • 4
    thick slices panettone or raisin bread, toasted
  • 200
    g
    ricotta cheese
  • 45
    ml
    maple syrup or honey
 

Method

 
Place strawberries and orange juice in a pan and poach for 5 minutes. Top toasted panettone with ricotta and strawberries and drizzle with maple syrup or honey. Serve straight away. Serves 4.
