Ingredients (14)

625.00 ml oats — rolled
125.00 ml digestive bran
80.00 ml wheatgerm
125.00 ml flaked coconut
50.00 ml pumpkin seeds
50.00 ml sunflower oil
25.00 ml sesame seeds
125.00 ml almonds — chopped
125.00 ml dried fruit — chopped
250.00 ml sultanas
125.00 ml dates — chopped
125.00 ml honey
80.00 ml sunflower oil
125.00 ml apple juice

Method:

Mix all the dry ingredients, except the fruit, in a large bowl.
Heat the honey, oil and apple juice until the honey has melted and
the mixture is hot.
Pour the honey mixture over the dry ingredients and stir well to coat.
Spread the mixture out on one or two large baking trays.
Bake in a preheated oven for 25 to 35 minutes or until golden, stirring every 10 minutes during the cooking time.
Remove from the oven and set aside to cool.
Add the fruit and mix well. Store in an airtight container.

Serve with yoghurt and fresh berries.
