110.00 g butter — or margerine
10.00 ml mustard — powder
10.00 bread — slices
5.00 ham — slices
3.00 eggs — beaten
60.00 ml milk
oil — for frying

Method:

Mix the butter and mustard powder and use it to spread on the bread slices. Place a slice of ham on each of 5 of the slices of bread and cover with the remaining slices. Secure with toothpicks. Beat the eggs and milk and dip each sandwich in the egg mixture. Heat the oil in a pan and fry each sandwich until browned on both sides.
