Toasted fruit loaf dessert

    slices of good quality fruit loaf
  • half a litre vanilla fudge ice-cream
  • 100
  • 65
    ready made chocolate sauce


1. Spray a heavy-based frying pan with cook and bake. Toast fruit loaf slices lightly on both sides.
2. Place fruit loaf on individual serving plates, top with generous scoop of ice-cream, sprinkle with raspberries, cover with another slice of fruit loaf. Drizzle with chocolate sauce and serve immediately.
