Toast with haddock

Switch on the oven grill. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray. Wrap each piece of haddock in a bacon rasher. Place on the prepared baking sheet and grill for a few minutes on each side until the fish is done and the bacon is crisp. (Grilling time will depend on the thickness of the fish.) Place each piece of fish on a slice of toast and serve with tartare sauce if desired.
