  • 250
    g
    mascarpone cheese
  • 250
    ml
    cream
  • 60
    ml
    sugar
  • 30
    ml
    marsala wine
  • 2
    egg yolks
  • 1
    slab cake
  • cocoa powder for sprinkling
 

Method

 
Lightly beat mascarpone cheese, add egg yolks and mix well. Slowly stir in sugar. Whip cream until soft peaks form and add to cheese mixture. Gently fold in marsala wine. Slice slab cake and cut into rounds. Place into greased dariole mould (round mould with a hollow bottom). Spoon cheese mixture onto cake. Refrigerate until set. Sprinkle with cocoa before serving.
